Crock Pot Bacon Cheeseburgers

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 medium green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 8-10 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled (or about 1/2 cup bacon bits)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 10 oz Velveeta cheese
  • Hamburger Buns
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, brown the hamburger with the green pepper and onion.
  2. Drain off fat, and transfer mixture to the Crock Pot.
  3. Add bacon, garlic, salt, pepper, and cheese to Crock Pot, and mix until combined.
  4. Cover and cook on low 2 hours, or until ingredients are bubbly.
  5. Serve on hamburger buns with lots of napkins!
