Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Sliders




Ingredients
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 3/4 cup Frank's Red Hot wing sauce (or any wing sauce)
  • hot sauce to taste (I used 15 drops)
  • 1 package slider buns

Instructions
  1. Place butter and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker, and top with chicken.
  2. Cover chicken with ranch packet.
  3. Pour wing sauce over chicken and add drops of hot sauce, if desired.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken and mix it with the yummy sauce.
  6. Place shredded chicken on buns and top with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
  7. Enjoy with a cold beverage and plenty of napkins!
